To ask the Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment what impact the current instability is having on his Department's ability to attract foreign investment.

Invest NI has experienced considerable success in promoting Northern Ireland as a location that can meet the needs of international investors. The business proposition, based on a skilled workforce, competitive operating costs and advanced infrastructure in a strategic location, has not changed. There is no evidence to suggest that any potential investors have changed their plans as a result of the current political situation.
