Answer
Maintaining close trading ties with our European neighbours is undoubtedly important for us and I want to make it clear that I will be working with my colleagues in the Executive to get the best deal for Northern Ireland in the negotiations for the UK exit from the EU.
Whichever means of accessing the EU emerges in due course I remain committed to ensuring that Northern Ireland will remain a great place to live, work and invest, with close business and trading ties with our European neighbours.
