Answer
Work is ongoing to develop the overarching government guidance necessary to ensure the sector can re-open safely. This overarching guidance for the Visitor Economy will be based on relevant DCMS guidance tailored for NI. It will include guidance for Hotels & Accommodation and Pubs & Restaurants.
I am aiming to publish this guidance on 22 June.
I understand that several representative bodies are also preparing detailed operational guidance for their sectors.
